How to do the daily maintenance work of dewatering screw press when using it ?

1. Before using, clean the dewatering screw press and materials contacting parts with clean liquid.

2. During the using, the material feeding should be appropriate, in case that the equipment pressure is too large, causing the machine to be stoped suddenly or other failures.

3. The hydraulic system oil temperature cannot exceed 60 °C. Since the temperature rises quickly when the hydraulic pump is in high pressure, it is recommended that the high pressure continuous operation of the oil pump does not exceed 30 minutes. The temperature rise of each bearing in the transmission system shall not exceed 40 °C at room temperature.

4. During the operation of the machine, do not let sharp and hard objects or metal objects enter the body. For they may damage the parts inside the dewatering screw press and affect the normal operation of the machine. Such objects should be sorted out before the material is pressed.

5. When the dewatering screw press operation is close to the end and needs to be stopped, do not directly stop the machine immediately. Firstly, the pressure of the hydraulic system should be reduced, so that the residue of the material after dewatering pushes the forced door at the end of the sieve barrel; or raise the forced door by manual operation, and then let the dewatering screw press continues to operate for a period of time until the material residue in the sieve drum can not continue to discharge, then stop the machine and clean the remaining material residue in the sieve drum.

And how to maintain the dewatering screw press if the equipment is not used often ?

1) If the dewatering screw press is not used for a long time, the material residue in the body must be washed clean. The rust-proof parts should be protected by grease and place the machine in a ventilated and dry place.

2) The oil of the hydraulic system should be kept clean.

3) The transmission system bearings should be regularly injected grease; gearbox should be regularly injected with lubricant and hydraulic tank should be regularly injected with hydraulic oil.
