On February 17th, we, Henan Jinrui, received a message on WhatsApp from a Ugandan businessman for cassava processing equipment. As a middleman, his role was to source reliable and efficient cassava machines for his clients, who are actively involved in cassava production and processing. He had done his research and identified our company as a potential supplier due to our reputation for delivering durable and high-performance machines.

From the very first conversation, the Uganda client had specific requirements regarding the capacity, efficiency, and durability of cassava processing equipment. He also emphasized the importance of after-sales support, spare parts availability, and the inclusion of auxiliary equipment to ensure a complete processing solution.

We provided comprehensive information about our cassava processing equipment, including their technical specifications, production capacity, and energy efficiency. Our team also shared case studies and testimonials from other clients in Uganda, showcasing the success of our machines in similar environments. We also agreed on a maintenance period to ensure the cassava processing equipment would operate smoothly during the initial phase of deployment. Additionally, we included a list of auxiliary machines and spare parts to complement the main processing unit, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.

To further solidify his confidence in our cassava processing equipment, the client expressed interest in visiting our factory to see the manufacturing process firsthand. We welcomed him warmly and arranged a comprehensive tour of our production facility. During the visit, he observed the precision and care that goes into the production of each machine.

After weeks of thorough discussions and visits, on March 3rd, the Uganda client officially placed an order for our cassava processing equipment. We also finalized the logistics and shipping arrangements to deliver the machines to Uganda in a timely manner.
