• Belt conveyor-to transport cassava from one stage to another

Step-by-Step Cassava Slices Making Process
1.Screening and storing cassava
• Choose firm, fresh cassava roots with no cracks, mold, or green spots.
• Put the cassava into hopper for short storage cassava and the bottom of hopper, we installed a vibration device to prevent the materials from blocking and achieve the purpose of uniform feeding.
2.Transporting Cassava
·Use the belt conveyor to transport the cassava into the next cleaning section.
3. Clean And Wash Cassava
• Here, we will use dry sieve machine. It rotates during operation, using the friction to remove dirt, sand, weeds and other impurities. To further clean cassava tubers, a paddle washer is often configured to wash the tubers thoroughly.
4. Slice Cassava Into Thin Flakes or Slices
• Use a cassava slicer to cut cassava tubers into even slices (e.g., 1–2 mm thick for chips, thicker for fries). Henan Jinrui can provide small(2-3tph) and large (5-8tph) cassava slicers for both home and factory use. Whole automatic cassava chips processing line is also available. Here is a video shows the actual running of our cassava chips making machine:

5. Drying The Thin Cassava Slices
• Use a cassava drying machine or the natural sunlight to dry the chips, then you will get finished standard cassava chips.
