Procedure 4: sweet potato starch dehydrating

Starch vacuum filter: The machine is used for starch dehydration. The rotating drum speed can be controlled, and it is equipped with reciprocating paddle stirrer to prevent starch deposition. And the machine dewater starch with high efficiency.

Procedure 5: sweet potato starch drying

Flash dryer: In the process for extraction of starch from sweet potato, flash dryer adopts negative pressure and cooling system, so it can control the loss of starch and guarantee the environment of the workshop.

After drying, the starch which has dried will be fed into starch sieving machine, then the finished starch will be packed by automatic sieving machine, which can save labor and time.
